This Policy covers our U.S. operations and Dubai office, and applies when we handle billing, coding, credentialing, RCM, and healthcare SEO services.
We operate under HIPAA and related U.S. laws when dealing with Protected Health Information (PHI) as a business associate for healthcare providers.

3. What Information We Collect
We collect personal and business data needed to provide services. Types include:

6. Communication & Messaging
We use phone, email, secure portals, and where appropriate, RingCentral or SMS.
- All communications with PHI via SMS or messaging require secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. Standard SMS is generally not suitable for transmitting PHI. The HIPAA Journal+1
- Before sending SMS with any sensitive content, we obtain your explicit consent and warn of risks.
- You may opt out of SMS at any time.
- We do not send promotional marketing via SMS to clients.
7. Security & Data Protection

8. Data Retention & Deletion
